Downgrade your plan
Everything you need to know about downgrading your BeeLiked plan
1. First, navigate to the subscription page from the top right-hand menu
Click on subscription, and you'll see something similar to this
2. Choose your new Entry Allowance and Plan
In this example, we're on an Essentials plan, and we want to downgrade to the FreeBee plan
Select Downgrade Plan, and you'll see something similar to this.
This list shows you the features and promotion types that you will no longer have access to after you've downgraded.
3. Confirm your decision
Scroll down to the bottom of this list. If you still wish to downgrade, click on Continue
4. Confirm billing decisions / see the revised cost
If you were downgrading to another paid plan, you'd now be asked to confirm your billing details, but in this example, we're downgrading to our free plan. If you still want to go ahead with the downgrade click Confirm.
5. Check downgrade has gone through successfully
Wait for the page to update, and then you'll see something similar to this. If it doesn't look like this, reach out to support, as your downgrade hasn't been processed correctly.
