Change the domain used in your Promotion URL

Learn how to update the your Promotion's URL

By default, your Promotion has its own URL, which is made up of three elements:

• Account Subdomain - The number given to your BeeLiked Account (e.g., 9987)
• Default Domain - The domain assigned by BeeLiked for your promotion, by default, beeliked.promo
• Campaign Slug - The name set by you for your promotion, eg. /summer-spin-to-win

What you are able to change is dependent on the Subscription Plan you have.

FreeBee

With FreeBee you will just have the default Account Subdomain and Default Domain available, but you can customize the Campaign Slug. Your promotion url will look something like: 9987.beeliked.promo/summer-spin-to-win.

On the Launch Control page you can customize your Campaign Slug by clicking on the edit icon next to your URL (note you can only do this when your promotion is in Draft mode).

Essentials Plan

With our Essentials Plan, you have more options you can update the Account Subdomain from the default number to something of your choosing, we suggest your brand or company name, but do keep it short:

Your promotion URL will look something like:

yourbrand.beeliked.promo/summer-spin-to-win

Change your subdomain in Settings > Account Details > Promotion URL

Standard Plan

With our Standard Plan, you have more options you can update the Account Subdomain and you can change the default domain.

Change the Account Subdomain from the default number to something of your choosing, we suggest your brand or company name.

On the Launch Control page you can change the Default Domain from beeliked.promo to entry.promo. Click the edit icon next to the URL of your promotion to open these settings.

Premium Plan

With our Premium Plan, you have full customization options.

• Account Subdomain - change this to your brand or company name.
• Default Domain - change this from beeliked.promo to any of our many other names such as scratch.promo, entry.promo, guest.promo, wheel.promo.
• Campaign Slug - The name set by you for your promotion, eg. /summer-spin-to-win

Enterprise Plan

Those customers that opt for our managed service can also benefit from a custom domain of their own choosing. This can be a subdomain of your own domain or an entirely new domain.

For example, your promotion could use [win].yourdomain.com, where [win] is a subdomain of your choosing. To set this up, you will need some technical know-how to create a CName record with your domain hosting provider.

Your Account Manager will be able to give your more details to set this up.
