Hide the 'share section' currently requires a small bit of CSS code to be added to the Stylesheet under the advanced tab in Theme in the Builder.

E-mail masking explained

To send auto emails, you need to have either a Premium or Enterprise plan.

Below are the technical details on how to mask your email domain so that emails sent to your entrants originate from your domain.

BeeLiked currently chooses Mailchimp / Mandrill as its email partner. Therefore masking your email address for automated emails follows the settings laid out in the following article:

Below is a summary of the information.

1. General Rules

Here are a couple of rules to be aware of:

Email must come from a domain you own and control. To set up the authentication, you will need access to the domain records.
You must decide if the email address will be monitored. If not, we suggest you use noreply@yourdomain.com as the address.
In order to set up and verify the domain masking BeeLiked will either:
need to send an email to you at the email address of the domain you use. So you must have a monitored email @yourdomain.com where we can send this email.
or a custom TXT record can be generated for you that can be added to your domain records.

How to find out the sizes for images used in pre-designed promotions

Want to replace one of the images? Here's the quickest way to find out what the size/dimensions of the image are

1. Open the Library

When you are in the Builder, you can find it under the left-hand menu. Just click on Library, and a popover will appear, as shown below.

2. Browse in the folders until you find the image

If you are using one of the pre-designed promotions, you'll find it in the Ready-Made folder.

Click on the image, and you will then see appear on the right side of the Media Library a split-screen.

This will give you info about the image. Simply mouse over the image, and a pop-up will show you the image dimensions.

Alternatively, you can click the Open button to open the image and save it yourself to your hard drive, and then open it in your own image editor.

As an Enterprise client, your promotion URLs can use your own web domain rather than our default pollen8.co

Trust is key when it comes to asking people to click a web link which is why it is a great idea to use your website's own domain for your promotion.

By default BeeLiked promotions URLs are in the following format https://your-account-name.pollen8.co/given-promo-name. We chose the pollen8.co domain to be fairly generic. However, if you are sharing the URL in a visible way across your newsletters or other owned media (and have chosen not to embed it as an iframe), you no doubt would rather that instead of pollen8.co, your own brand's domain name is used. This is absolutely possible but does require you to have an Enterprise Plan.

Once you have an Enterprise Plan, the process to mask your domain is quite simple:

Choose a subdomain to use. For example, promo.yourdomain.com, where 'promo' is the subdomain. Other examples could be win, spin, lucky, etc. We recommend that whatever you choose is short and is also generic so it can be used for multiple promotions in the future. - Write this as a message to your Account Manager.
Within 24 hours, your BeeLiked Account Manager will send you details for you to create a CNAME record for the domain you have chosen. Once done, please inform your Account Manager, who will be able to verify if the subdomain is pointing correctly.

How do I end my promotion?

Learn how to set a promotion end date or stop it immediately.

You can only set an end date or immediately stop your campaign once you have a live promotion.

Assuming you have a live promotion go to Launch Control.

You have 2 options to stop. You can either schedule an end date or stop right away.

Schedule A Date To Stop

By clicking on schedule End, you can select a date and time for your campaign to end.

You then just need to click on Confirm End Date, and you're all set.

Stop Immediately

If you'd rather stop your campaign straight away, click on End Now, and then on this pop-up screen, click Yes. Your promotion has now ended and has been moved to the Ended state in the Promotions Manager.

Once your promotion has ended, you can relaunch at anytime
